Hi, I am just browsing through other peoples tribute funds as I too lost my mum and we too have a tribute fund. I am so sorry to hear your mum lost her fight against this dreadful disease. My mum also had endless encounters with her gp and hospital scans which came too nothing when all the time they should have listened to my mum and spotted the same symptoms which has claimed other members of our family. It took almost 6 months for a diagnosis. Just to say our thoughts are with you and your dad and hope that with the tribute funds and awareness we can improve the survival rates of this hideous disease.
